This Cancellation, Refund and Participation Policy explains the registration, payment, cancellation and refund processes related to programs, events, consultancy services, seminars, workshops and similar services offered by Murathan Demiriş.
1. General Information
The services offered by Murathan Demiriş may include programs, events, consultancy services, seminars, workshops, presentations, information sessions or similar services delivered physically or digitally.
By registering for a program or service, the participant confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the relevant date, time, location, scope and participation conditions.
2. Registration and Payment
Registration becomes final once the relevant form is submitted and, where applicable, the payment process is completed.
Murathan Demiriş reserves the right to evaluate, approve or reject applications due to capacity limitations, event conditions or technical reasons.
3. Cancellation by the Participant
Cancellation requests by the participant must be submitted to Murathan Demiriş in writing before the start date of the relevant program or service.
Cancellation and refund conditions may be evaluated depending on the nature of the service, the remaining time until the event date, organizational expenses and applicable legal regulations.
For cancellation requests made shortly before the program start date, no refund or only a partial refund may be provided due to organization and preparation costs.
4. Cancellation or Changes by Neuro-mark
Murathan Demiriş reserves the right to change the date, location, content or format of a program due to insufficient participation, speaker/program changes, technical reasons, force majeure or organizational requirements.
If a program is fully cancelled by Murathan Demiriş, participants may be offered an alternative date, another program option or, if payment has been made, a refund.
5. Transfer of Participation Rights
Transfer of participation rights to another person is subject to written approval by Murathan Demiriş. Transfer requests must be submitted before the start date of the program.
6. Digital Content and Online Services
For digital content, online programs, recorded videos, downloadable materials or access links, the right to refund may be limited once access to the content has been provided.
The participant acknowledges that cancellation and refund conditions may differ depending on the nature of the digital service once access has been granted.
7. Refund Process
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be made through the original payment method. Processing times caused by banks, credit card providers or payment institutions are outside Murathan Demiriş’s control.
The refund period may vary depending on the payment method and the processing procedures of the relevant financial institution.
8. Force Majeure
Natural disasters, epidemics, decisions of public authorities, transportation restrictions, technical failures, security risks or similar circumstances beyond Murathan Demiriş’s control shall be considered force majeure. In such cases, the program may be postponed, changed in format or cancelled.
