EMONET EMOTION ANALYSIS

The emotional dimension which directs the behavioral dimension comes to the forefront within the communication of brands with their customers. EMONET gives the emotional dimension within the limits of 95% scientific reliability.

EMONET observes the body’s reactions to instant stimuli on the basis of 16 basic emotions. Also, it provides enriched perceptions by revealing emotions through monitoring facial expressions, which is a communication tool. It performs personalized emotion analysis by increasing the reliability rate of the emotions generated to the presented stimuli. In other words, the feelings of participants are measured by personalization.  With personalized EMONET, Personalized Mood Analysis is performed on a mobile phone/laptop/tablet based on a maximum of 16 emotion.

ONLINE EYE TRACKING SYSTEM

This system measures the eye movements, focusing information and heart rates of the users by determining which elements attract the attention of the users the most by matching the obtained data with the information and visuals in materials that are to be tested. 

With the use of HeatMap Report, it is possible to display effectively the most striking and the most visited parts of the tested applications and materials.
Online Eye Tracking system is used in ‘Mobile Applications’, ‘Website / E-Commerce Sites’, ‘Video Ads’, ‘Concept Tests’, ‘Logo Tests’ and ‘Packaging Tests’.
In addition, the contactless eye tracking system, which is carried out in the natural environment of the people via webcam in accordance with today’s conditions; It is also used as a control mechanism in distance education exams and/or online survey forms.In these studies, ‘participation level’, ‘focusing on the area of interest’ and ‘keyboard usage tracking’ are measured and observed whether the answers given by the individuals are made without the help or manipulation of others.

Voice Emotion Analysis

It is the realization of emotion analysis based on the voice recordings to be tested.
With the use of sequential feature method; emotional states such as nervousness, fear,
boredom, disgust, sadness, and happiness are measured.
2-minute audio recordings can be used as input during the application. For each 1 second time window there is a chance to identify the emotion.
We can reach 95% statistical accuracy with 30 participants in single breakdown studies.

In the discovery section, before packaging design, consumer expectations about packaging are taken by examining deeply their perceptions and approaches.
In the Strategic Guidance section, alternative designs prepared by the Agency are finalized by reviewing their compatibility with the brand identity and their functionality at the basic distances that we expect to contact the consumer at the point of sale. New designs are prepared for the Neuromarketing Test to be carried out in a shelf simulation environment by preparing mock-up studies close to the existing packages.
In the Scientific Measurement section, unconscious measurement is carried out with Mobile EEG and Eye Tracker. The measurements are carried out in the “neuromarketing laboratory” by setting up a simulative shelf layout, with computer-assisted remarkability from 3m, understandability from 2m, emotional interaction power and convincing to purchase from 1m.

Taste Journey "TASTE is a unique sense"

We categorize and define the taste: “Bitter, Sour, Sweet, Salty”
These categories are called “attributes of taste”. The most important question is; how these taste qualities are represented in the brain. The taste stimulus that is tasted to participants is measured and evaluated with EEG on the basis of brain waves concerning ‘attention’, ‘mental activity’, ’emotional arousal’ and ‘excitement triggering’.

Neuro Journey

With our mobile EEG device and Eye Tracker, we measure the unconscious reactions of the participants while walking outdoors, in markets and especially in shopping malls.
The purpose of the “Neuro Journey” we carry out in the shopping malls is to understand the interesting parts, sections and stores in the visiting area, to find out whether the different parts and features of the shopping center attract attention, and to determine interesting points of departments and current promotions and campaigns.
